What is your favorite toy?

I used to have this toy when I was about 8 years old. It was called a Phantom-440 (or something like that). Basically it was a flying saucer that had a fan on its underside. You would charge it up, and then let it go and it would hover about 3 millimeters off the ground and 'float' around.

I have been looking for one everywhere and I keep coming up with nothing. Was that toy just a dream??

  1. Whirlie-Bird.

A helicopter, tethered on a wire, that spun 360 degrees around a base.

It ised actual air current to go forward, back, up, down... but it was tethered. It had a hook to pick stuiff up, etc.

    cool

  3. Oh man, I remember that thing. I always wished it would break free from its tether.

I used to have one that sat on a based and you pulled a string and it would launch it into the sky. As a kid, I thought it went at least a mile up, but in reality, it probably only went 50 feet or so.

  5. Hmmm ... when you are asking this question of people who can already read (especially those of the female gender), you might get a naughty response!

But, just to prove that I do not think like that ;) I really loved my boglin! I wish I could find one just like him ...
